Cherbridge Cottage
- 1 Week Only: £922.00 per week
- 2 Weeks Plus: £854.00 per week
Farm Cottage
- £700.00 per week
- Christmas/New Year: £822.00 per week
- Availability and prices for shorter breaks are available by request

Fully inclusive of:
Utilities: water, heating to a maximum of £20.00 per week and electricity to a maximum of £15.00 per week. Usage in excess of these figures will be deducted from your security deposit.
Laundry pack: (comprising of Bedding, linen, towels, tea towels and oven glove).
Start-up/Welcome Pack: Provided at commencement of stay.
Security/Dilapidations Deposits
The security deposit will be £350.00 and can be taken in two ways:
1. You will provide us with card details 1 week before commencement of stay and a pre-authorised card payment of £350 will processed before your arrival. Any deductions at the end of your stay will be deducted from your card (there is a 3% surcharge for credit cards).
2. You will provide us with cleared funds one week before commencement of your stay in the form of cleared cheque or bank transfer and this will be refunded
within 7 days of departure less any charges incurred.
Please note
that included in this charge will be a £50.00 deposit for your
key and if this is lost during your stay this will be automatically deducted
from your deposit.
Telephone charges:
Cost of telephone calls @ BT rates plus 20% administration fee.
This
will be billed to you on departure and will be payable by card or deducted from your deposit.
Booking Fee
A £20.00 booking fee
will be applied to each booking.

Payment Terms:
50% Non-returnable Rental Deposit Payable to confirm booking.
Balance of Rental payable 12 weeks prior to commencement of stay.
Bookings less than 12 weeks in advance full
rental amount payable.
Payment Method:
- Visa or Mastercard credit cards accepted (3% transaction charge applied)
- Switch, Visa Delta, Solo cards accepted (No transaction charge applied)
- Direct Bank Transfer (Bank details available on request) Hirer responsible
for bank charges
- Sterling Cheque (Minimum 4 weeks prior to commencement
of stay)
Arrival/Departure
Details
Arrival Time:
Strictly between 4.00 - 4.30 pm (other times by prior arrangement)
(We reserve the right to make a surcharge for earlier or later arrival without
prior notice)
Please make sure to include your mobile telephone number on your booking form should we need to contact you on day of arrival
Departure Time:
No later than 10.00am.
(A £50 surcharge will be applied for Later departure)
