However, if you are not the type that likes the outdoors, check out an inn which is a bit smaller than those hotels. With the smallness comes a better quality of service, usually.  You have all the benefits of a bigger hotel, but less people staying there and less of a crowd.  This may be a perfect choice for you too. If you want to be around shopping, see if you can find an inn that is close to the city centre.  You’ll find some great shopping there; it’s one of the best places to shop while in Oxford.
