Accommodation in Oxford – Options

We provide self catering, serviced and short let accommodation in Oxford for groups of 2 – 6 people and also larger groups in fully equipped riverside lodges and a farm cottage.

Farmhouse bed and breakfast is also available.

Where are you?

We are situated on the northen outskirts of Oxford, City Centre (2.5 miles), Summertown (1.5 miles)

Do you have a star rating?

We have a five star rating from the English Tourist Board.

Arrivals and departures

Arrival time is between 4 and 4.30 pm and departure 10.00 am. Please confirm your arrival time via email or telephone 2 days prior to arrival as we meet and greet all of our guests. If you would like to arrive or depart later or earlier than stated times then please ask. There may be an extra charge for this.

Is there parking?

There is parking for two cars at each of the properties and more vehicles or large vehicles can be accommodated by request.

Disabled and elderly guests

We are able to provide accommodation over one floor which has been helpful for our disabled or elderly visitors. Please speak to us for more information.

Do you have a minimum length of stay?

For self catering our minimum length of stay is usually seven days however we do cater for short breaks of up to four nights by prior arrangement. We also provide short lets of between 1 - 13 weeks and also periods of 6 - 12 months.

Bed and Breakfast accommodation is for one night or more.

What standard of appliances and equipment can I expect?

All our appliances are high quality and include a wide range of kitchen equipment for entertaining and dinner parties. We also provide a large flat screen television, DVD players, hair dryers and radio alarm clocks.

Does the accommodation have Wi-Fi?

Yes free Wi-Fi is available at no extra charge.

Is there food and cleaning equipment?

We provide a welcome pack which includes tea, coffee, and a small selection of groceries to begin your stay.

Can we go punting in Oxford?

You can use our punts in the summer months to go on picnic trips or to the local pub where Inspector Morse was filmed.  Please ask for our punting price list.

Who do you cater for?

Visiting children at Oxford University? Hospital Visits to the John Radcliffe, Nuffield or Churchill Hospital? Business? Relocation? Short term housing for seasonal overflow such as Christmas and Birthday parties? Can’t cope with stress from building or renovation? Hen Weekends? Purely holiday? We can provide a solution for any requirements. Ideal for a range of uses and conveniently and competitively priced in comparison to a hotel. Not just for holidays!

Christmas bookings

We take bookings for Christmas and the properties can be fully decorated including tree.

Public transport

We are an easy fifteen minute walk to public transport to Oxford city centre but you will have to cross a busy main road en-route.

Shops and local pubs

We are an approximate five minute drive to the nearest shops and our local pub can be reached easily by car, foot or boat.

Facilities for families

Our facilities are very suitable for families providing spacious self catering accommodation with cots and high chairs when required. There is also plenty of outside space.
